2. Products & Handloom Disclaimer
Mishvarya Sarees prides itself on offering authentic, hand-crafted, and handloom sarees. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in weave structure, thread spacing, color shades, and embellishments are natural characteristics of hand-woven textiles and are not considered defects. Furthermore, we make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen calibration differences on various devices, the actual color of the saree you receive may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorization. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay: - Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all bank UPI apps. - Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express. - Net Banking: All major Indian banks. - Digital Wallets and Pay Later options as available. - Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Mishvarya Sarees reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued immediately.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India from our fulfillment center in Surat, Gujarat. Estimated delivery timelines are 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 10 business days for Tier 2/3 cities and remote pin codes. 5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Customized or sale items are non-returnable. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method. 6. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Once an order is packaged or handed to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. Customized orders are non-cancellable from the moment of confirmation. For complete details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content present on this Site, including but not limited to textile designs, saree motifs, patterns, images, product photography, logos, text, graphics, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of Mishvarya Sarees and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site without obtaining prior written consent from us.
8. Pricing, Taxes, and Custom Duties
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax laws. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before payment. Mishvarya Sarees reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Site at any time without prior notice. In the event of a typographical error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party logistics partners; maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
