Understand the cancellation rules, timelines, and refund process for cancelled orders.
1. Cancellation Window
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it on the Site, or before the order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility, whichever occurs earlier. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, log into your Mishvarya Sarees account, go to 'My Orders', select the order you wish to cancel, and click the 'Cancel Order' button. Alternatively, you can send an urgent cancellation request to support@mishvaryasarees.com with your Order ID and the subject line 'CANCELLATION REQUEST'.
3. Non-Cancellable Customizations
Orders that contain customization services, such as specialized fall and pico stitching or custom-measured blouse stitching, are non-cancellable once our tailoring team begins work. These orders are put into tailoring within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders that are cancelled within the eligible window, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The refund is initiated immediately and is processed through Razorpay. It typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the amount to show in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
5. Cancellations by Mishvarya Sarees
We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including: - Inaccurate inventory listings where the saree is out of stock. - Pricing errors on the Site. - Payment decline or transaction flagged as fraudulent by Razorpay security audits. - Delivery address is in a pin code unserviceable by all our logistics partners. In such cases, we will inform you immediately and process a 100% refund.
