1. 7-Day Exchange Window
You can exchange your purchased saree for another item of equal or higher value within 7 calendar days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
2. Exchange Product Condition
All items submitted for exchange must meet the identical criteria of our Return Policy. The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered (no falls or pico stitched), and sent back with all original tags, tissue papers, and box packaging intact. Damaged or modified items will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.
3. Single Exchange Limitation
To prevent misuse of our operations, we permit only a single (1) exchange transaction per original order. Items received as part of an exchange are not eligible for a second exchange or subsequent return, unless they are received in a damaged condition.
4. Exchange Process and Shipping
To request an exchange, email support@mishvaryasarees.com or use the 'Request Exchange' button in your customer profile. Specify the current Order ID and the SKU/Name of the new product you want in exchange. We will schedule a reverse pickup. After the returned saree is inspected and approved at our facility, we will dispatch the requested exchange item. If there is a price difference, we will send a payment link via Razorpay for the balance, or issue store credit if the new item is of lower value.
5. Out of Stock Exchanges
If the specific item you wish to receive in exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit coupon of equivalent value (valid for 12 months) or process a full refund to the original payment method, according to your preference.
