1. 7-Day Return Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a return. Requests received after the 7-day period will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
2. Product Condition & Tag Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the saree must be in its original, pristine, and resaleable condition. It must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and odor-free. The saree must retain all original tags attached, along with the original tissue inserts, protective plastic bags, and custom boxes in which it was delivered.
3. Saree Handling and Damage Exclusions
Sarees are delicate luxury garments. The following customer-induced damage voids return eligibility: - Pulling or snapping of delicate zari threads, silk threads, or embroidery work. - Stains caused by makeup, perfumes, deodorants, sweat, or food/drink spills. - Physical tears or abrasions caused during unpacking or fitting. - Addition of saree falls, pico edging, or hand-rolled hems. - Cutting of the attached blouse piece from the main saree body.
4. Customized and Blouse-Stitched Products
Any saree that has undergone customization is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes: - Sarees where the customer requested fall and pico stitching services. - Sarees purchased along with custom-stitched blouses where the blouse was custom fitted to the customer's specific measurements. - Altered borders or customized lengths.
5. Final Sale and Clearance Exclusions
Products purchased during promotional events, clearance drives, flash sales, or marked as 'Final Sale' are ineligible for returns. Only regularly priced items are eligible for return processing.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, visit your account dashboard under 'My Orders' and click 'Request Return', or email us at returns@mishvaryasarees.com with your Order ID and photos showing the unused state of the saree. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address at no extra cost. In the event your pin code is not serviced for reverse pickups by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the item back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of a valid courier receipt, we will reimburse self-shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹150.
