1. Secure Payment Gateway (Razorpay)
Mishvarya Sarees integrates with Razorpay to provide a fast, secure, and seamless checkout experience. All online payments are executed on Razorpay's high-security servers. Razorpay is certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the highest security standard in the global payments industry.
2. Supported Payment Methods
Through Razorpay, we accept a wide array of payment instruments, including: - **Unified Payments Interface (UPI):** Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and all major bank UPI apps. - **Credit and Debit Cards:** Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Diner's Club, and American Express. - **Net Banking:** Support for over 50 major banks in India, including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, and Kotak. - **Digital Wallets:** Paytm, Mobikwik, PhonePe Wallet, and Ola Money. - **Pay Later options** where enabled by Razorpay for eligible customers.
3. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent transactions, all online payments undergo multi-factor authentication (including 3D Secure / OTP verification). If our payment system flags a transaction as high-risk, we reserve the right to put the order on hold and request proof of purchase or cancel the order entirely for safety reasons.
4. Failed Transactions & Double-Debits
In rare instances, your bank account may be debited but the payment fails to reach our system, resulting in no order confirmation. Do not panic. This is a double-debit scenario. Razorpay automatically identifies these failed transactions and processes an auto-refund. The money will be credited back to your original source account by your bank within 3 to 5 business days. You can also write to support@mishvaryasarees.com with your transaction reference ID to verify status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments
If you select Cash on Delivery, you must pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery executive upon receiving the package. We do not accept personal checks or demand drafts. Many courier partners now offer digital COD options where you can scan a UPI QR code at the time of delivery; please confirm availability with the delivery agent.
