1. Delivery Timelines Across India
We ship from our main fulfillment center in Mumbai. Estimated delivery times are as follows: - Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days. - Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities (State Capitals and major towns): 5 to 7 business days. - North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, and remote Pin Codes: 7 to 10 business days.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment authorization (for prepaid orders) or phone verification (for COD orders). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
3. Shipping Fees & Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders exceeding ₹999. For prepaid orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 is charged. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a fixed COD handling fee of ₹120, regardless of the order value, which covers the collection fee charged by our logistics partners.
4. Shipping Partners & Tracking Information
We partner with premium courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Expressbees, and Indian Speed Post to ensure safe handling of our delicate products. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email, SMS, and WhatsApp notification containing the tracking link and consignment number. You can monitor the real-time movement of your shipment on the partner carrier's portal.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address and Non-Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address, zip code, and active contact number. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If the shipment is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect details, incomplete address, or refusal to accept, a re-shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged to dispatch the package again.
6. Delay Disclaimers (Festivals and Weather)
Occasional delays may occur during peak festive seasons (such as Diwali, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, and wedding seasons) or due to extreme weather conditions, floods, or administrative restrictions. Mishvarya Sarees will actively coordinate with the delivery partner to minimize these delays, but we request your patience in such circumstances.
